We professionally gift-wrap all of our orders, and you can add a personalised message to your item at checkout, in the comments box.

Goods will be shipped using Australia Post. Orders placed before 11am will be shipped that day and all other orders normally sent the next business day. Express international shipping orders can be tracked, but most standard shipping international orders cannot be tracked.

Any delivery instructions for Australia Post given to us by the customer in the comments box at checkout will be added to the parcel.

If the customer has given permission for the parcel to be left unattended at the shipping address, this will remove any responsibility from Rillp Designs should the parcel go missing after it has been left at the shipping address by Australia Post.

A simple way to work out your bangle size is to measure the length between the first three knuckles of your hand. Make a fist and measure the length from the outside of the first knuckle to the point between the third and fourth knuckle.

If your measurement is 6.5cm / 2.6in then you are a Medium Fit.

This measurement corresponds to the internal diameter of every bangle in the online store, which you can find in every product description.

The standard guide:

EXTRA SMALL – 5.5cm / 2.2in
SMALL FIT – 6cm / 2.4in
MEDIUM FIT – 6.5cm / 2.6
LARGE FIT – 6.8cm / 2.7in
EXTRA LARGE – 7.5cm / 3in

Rillp Design bangles can vary slightly in size due to the hand made nature of the pieces. We try our best to keep sizes consistent and as accurate as possible.

Rillp Designs does not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.

The item/s may be returned to Rillp Designs, if in its original condition. You’ll be emailed a Credit Voucher for the same value of the item/s being returned, valid for a year, that can be used in one of our stores or online at rillpdesign.com.au
